INSTACHEW 2‑Year Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Duration
This Extended Warranty provides 2 years of coverage beginning from the original purchase date of your Purrclean Bundle (with Extended Warranty). Coverage is automatically activated at the time of purchase — no registration required.
2. What’s Covered
We offer extensive protection for peace of mind:

Maximum Coverage Limits:
Each eligible unit is covered for up to two repairs or one full replacement during the warranty period.

4. Who’s Covered
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and original unit only. It is non-transferable.
Intended Use:
This warranty is valid for residential, domestic pet use only. It is not intended for use in commercial, rescue, shelter, or multi-pet facilities.
5. Simple Claims Process
To initiate a claim, email service@instachew.com with the following:

Your order number and purchase date

Product name and issue description
-
Supporting photos or videos (if available)
We’ll take care of the next steps, whether that involves troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.
6. Turnaround & Loaner Units
Most claims are resolved within 7–10 business days after receiving your unit.
If a repair takes longer than 14 days, we may offer a temporary replacement unit, subject to availability.
7. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:

Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills)

Misuse, neglect, improper installation, or damage unrelated to product failure

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents) not affecting functionality

Consumables such as filters, waste bags, or liners
-
Loss of data or app history during repair or replacement of smart devices
8. Shipping Terms
We cover round-trip shipping for approved warranty services, including if you’ve relocated within your country.
For international customers, return shipping is covered, but you may be responsible for customs or duties.
To initiate the warranty process, customers must pay for the return shipping label upfront. We will generate the shipping label and charge the customer accordingly. If the warranty claim is approved, we will fully reimburse the shipping cost.
9. Warranty Continuity
If your product is replaced under this warranty, the coverage period continues from the original purchase date — it does not reset with the replacement.
10. Customer Support & Escalation
Our dedicated support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
If your issue remains unresolved after 72 hours, you may request escalation for priority handling.
